Registration & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your interest in The Next Chapter Father Retreat. Please review the following registration policies before completing your registration. By registering for the retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these policies.

Registration

Registration is confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed through our secure payment system. Participants are responsible for providing accurate and complete registration information.

Participants must be at least 18 years of age unless otherwise approved in writing by The Next Chapter Father.

Payment Options

Participants may register by selecting one of the available registration options:

• Early Bird Registration

• Standard Registration

• Reserve Your Spot (Deposit Option)

Participants utilizing the deposit option are responsible for paying the remaining balance by the published payment deadline. Failure to complete payment may result in forfeiture of the reservation.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. Because retreat planning requires commitments for lodging, meals, materials, and event expenses well in advance, the following refund policy applies:

• More than 90 days before the retreat: Full refund, less a $50 administrative processing fee.

• 61–90 days before the retreat: 50% refund of all monies paid.

• 60 days or fewer before the retreat: No refunds will be issued.

Registration may not be transferred without prior written approval from The Next Chapter Father.

Retreat Cancellation

If The Next Chapter Father must cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund of registration fees paid or the option to transfer their registration to a future retreat. The organization is not responsible for airfare, hotel accommodations booked outside the retreat, rental vehicles, lost wages, or other incidental travel expenses.

Travel

Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the retreat location unless otherwise stated.

Detailed arrival instructions, packing information, and event logistics will be provided prior to the retreat.

Participation

Participants voluntarily choose to participate in retreat activities. Certain activities may involve physical movement or outdoor experiences. Participants are encouraged to participate within their own abilities and comfort level.

Code of Conduct

The Next Chapter Father is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for every participant.

Harassment, discrimination, violence, illegal drug use, excessive alcohol consumption, possession of weapons where prohibited by law or venue policy, destruction of property, or behavior that jeopardizes the safety or experience of others may result in immediate removal from the retreat without refund.

Photography & Media

Photography and video recording may occur throughout the retreat for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes. Participants who prefer not to appear in promotional materials should notify retreat staff in writing before the event.

Personal Property

Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings. The Next Chapter Father is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

Policy Changes

The Next Chapter Father reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the retreat schedule, speakers, activities, accommodations, or other event details when necessary. Such changes do not entitle participants to a refund.
